COOL-PAD™ CPR-6002 is a cutting-edge product meant to fill the air gap between the heating part and the heat sink. Offering high heat conduction characteristics and excellent electrical insulation characteristics, it can be used as heat transfer materials for the heating part of electrical and electronic components use. Manufactured by dispersing ceramic powder in acrylic + hotmelt resin with excellent heat resistance electrical insulation.
