Overview
COOL-PAD™ CPR-6002 is a cutting-edge product meant to fill the air gap between the heating part and the heat sink. With the high heat conduction characteristics and excellent electrical insulation characteristics, it can be used as a heat transfer material for the heating part of electrical and electronic components use. COOL-PAD™ CPR-6002 is manufactured by dispersing ceramic powder in silicone resin, which has excellent heat resistance (250°C) and electrical insulation (satisfies DC 4.0KV).
